Houston TX: Kinetic Pressure Control is pleased to announce the delivery of another 13-10M K-BOS unit for rental service into surface drilling applications. This unit, which has 13-5/8″ ID bore and a 10,000 psi rated working pressure per API 16A is rated to shear and seal in milliseconds on a 6-3/4″ BHA, heavy walled casing up to 13″ OD, and all typical wire line and e-line. The independent control system (not shown) is packaged for rental service in a 10′ ISO container and rig up is completed by connecting a pair of armored cables. The system has shipped to Canada for immediate deployment.
